Order a repeat prescription
Repeat prescription options: 1) Hand in a tear off slip to the Receptionist or letterbox; 2) Submit written request containing the patient's name, date of birth and items required; and 3) Via online Patient Services (if registered). Repeat prescription requests cannot be taken via phone or email.
Repeat prescription details will linked to the Practice's clinical records system, with patients issued a computer slip. Patients can order repeat medication without being seen or spoken to by a clinician, although periodic reviews will be carried out. Repeat prescriptions can be ordered on-line through Patient Services - patients can register by submitting a completed application to the Practice. The Practice will email patients with registration details. Repeat prescription requests cannot be taken via phone or email. Repeat prescriptions can be collected after 3pm, within 2 working days.
